MCCGA Membership Levels Description

MCCGA has 2 levels of membership; MCCGA Full Membership, and Limited Membership. Membership is by unit, not by school. Guards and percussion units must apply for membership separately. If your organization has more than one unit of the same type, (i.e. 2 guards) you will receive a $150 discount on the MCCGA Full Membership for each unit, of the same type, after the first. Applications must be submitted at the same time and you must complete an application for each unit. MCCGA membership is annual.

Festival performance times are determined by
Payment Received postmark date

MCCGA FULL MEMBERSHIP is $400 ($350 if postmarked by December 1)
  • UNLIMITED festival attendance (no other entry fees are charged)
  • Voting privileges at General Meetings
  • One WGI adjudication manual
  • Free MCCGA Championship entry
  • All circuit mailings

MCCGA FULL MEMBERSHIP for Second Same Type Unit is $250 ($200 if postmarked by December 1)

  • Primary Guard & Primary Percussion from the same school must each pay the regular Full Membership fee
  • This option is for a second guard unit or second percussion unit only

LIMITED MEMBERSHIP is $100

  • Voting privileges at General Meetings
  • All circuit mailings
  • One WGI adjudication manual

Please note that festival entry fees are NOT included with the Limited Membership; you must pay an entry fee of $75 for EACH festival you attend. Prelim/Finals shows and MCCGA Championships will cost $150.
