NEW ADDITION TO SCHEDULE: Francis Howell Central Festival
A show has been added on Feb. 23rd for both guard and percussion at Francis Howell Central HS in St. Charles, MO. Any unit that has already submitted their registration for other festivals and is interested in entering this festival needs to email Maxine Sullivan at treasurer@mccga.org. If you have not submitted your unit's registration yet - the date has been added to the existing registration form.

The new online registration form is now available! You'll notice a section to indicate your Discussion Forum screen name if you are already a member of the forums - this is important to secure your access to the Director's Area. If you have not yet registered on the forum - you can either do so before filling out the form, or a registration will be created for you using your requested screen name, after which you'll be given instructions for editing your profile.

NEW! There is now a printable form on the Forms Page if you need to register manually instead of online, or need a form for a school PO. If at all possible - you should still fill out the online registration as well - as that will provide you, as a director, access to the private director's area of the MCCGA website.
The printable form is not necessary if you have already completed your unit's entry and registration online.

As always, Festival performance times are determined by the postmark date of your payment, not the submission of the registration form itself. The classifications pages in the members section are listed alphabetically, not in order of postmarked payment. This has been updated/confirmed as of 11/18/07.

Received Registrations:
The Members page now contains the currently updated list of received online registrations. If you have submitted your MCCGA registration online and your unit is not listed - please email webmaster@mcga.org before resubmitting so I can verify that I haven't simply missed updating you on the list.

If you need an "invoice" that shows the printed amount due for your school to issue a PO or a check - please contact Maxine at treasurer@mccga.org . Online invoicing was not a part of the 2007 website design but it's certainly possible that we may add it in the future.

If you have made an error on your classification or any other submitted information - please email webmaster@mccga.org for confirmation and correction. I will then forward corrected information to the MCCGA Treasurer.
